Flash!    Sock Hop Raided  Eighty Arrested! Just kidding!  Our congregational Fellowship event on Valentine's Day was a "gas" as we might have said back in the 50's.  Kyle Youngberg and his date were very "cool" in their costumes.  Ryan Helms gave the double-bubble a real pop. Tom Flemming circled his hips like he invented the hula hoop.  And Pastors Jon and Tabitha again demonstrated their flexibility under the "limbo" bar.  Check out pictures of the event on the Photos page.

at Gloria Dei 

February -  May          New Dinner Groups          

Dinner Groups are one of the most enjoyable forms of fellowship at Gloria Dei.  Couples and indiviuals interested simply sign up on the Kiosk and are put in a group of 6-8 people who plan to meet for dinner and sometimes an activity each month.  Someone in the group is asked to organize the first gathering.  Group are reshuffled every 4-6 months to provide an opportunity to know more people in the congregation.    New groups have been formed but its not to late to join.  Contact Ken or Vicki Uslabar with questions at kuslabar1(a)new.rr.com or at 727-1486.   


Ongoing          Stretch and Pray          Mondays and Thursdays at 7:30 AM

Our Health Ministry Team leads an exercise . . . and fellowship . . . opportunity on Monday and Thursday mornings at 7:30 AM at the church.  This is a video-led program of stretching, gentle excise and walking.  Just bring a mat or rug.  All welcomed!


March 7          MISSION BRUNCH

Mission Brunch on March 7 features Green Eggs and Ham in honor of St. Patrick!  The best $7 in the Fox Cities.  All welcome


March 14          SINGLES GROUP JESUS CHRIST SUPER STAR

Singles Group will attend St. Timothy's performance of Jesus Christ Super Star at 3PM on Sunday, March 14.  Dinner is at Cannova's Pizzeria after the show.  Sign up on the Kiosk or contact Darlene Bilstad at 722-5048 for more details.  

Wow, is the Singles Group active this winter!


May 8          Spring Tea Party          12:00 - 2:00 PM

The spring Tea Party has been a tradition at Gloria Dei for a number of years.  The women of the church are invited . . . mothers, daughters, grand daughters, sisters, or just friends.  The men of the church arrange and serve the food, including desserts to die for and (of course) favorite teas and coffees.

Not just for the serious golfers!  Lunch, prizes, and fun for everyone.  Put this summer fellowship event on our calendar!


August 29          Congregational Picnic          

An outdoor worship and traditional congregation picnic to bring the summer to a close and welcome the new church year at Gloria Dei.  We hear tell that our pastors have agreed to be first in line for the dunk tank!
