All 5th-10th graders are invited to sing in our Junior Choir. The choir practices each Wednesday at 5:30 PM - before confirmation classes. Just contact Jill Kruger (729-0958) or simply come on Wednesday.
COFFEE HOUSE
We need your help! Please help us after school at the Coffee House. We need volunteers each Thursday afternoon during the school year. Call Patty Arnold (385-8758) or just come by on Thurdays. The Coffee House opens at 3:15 PM - and we are finished cleaning up by 4:30 PM.
JUNIOR HIGH YOUTH GATHERING
FEBRUARY 20-21
All youth in 6-8 grades from the Fox Cities and Northeast Wisconsin are gathering in Oshkosh on Satuday and Sunday, February 20 and 21. An overnight at the City Center Hotel, Saturday will be full of games, swimming, songs, talks, and a DJ dance to finish the day. A special worship service concludes the gathering on Sunday.
Cost is $75 and includes hotel and Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast. You can cover the cost from your youth account or by check to Gloria Dei. We will car pool from Gloria Dei.

YOUTH SKI TRIP FEBRUARY 27
Our youth, grades 6-12, will hit the slopes at Nordic Mountain on February 27. We will leave Gloria Dei at 8:30 AM and return around 6:00 PM. The cost is $29 for the lift ticket and $26 if you need to rent skis or $30 for a snowboard. Sign up on the Youth Bulletin Board. Contact Pastor Jon with questions
CONFIRMATION CAMP JUNE 13-18
All of our youth attend Confirmation Camp before their 8th grade year. Camp this year will be the week of June 13-18 at Pine Lake Lutheran Camp near Waupaca. Cost of this activity is $340. Each participating family pays $240 and the congregation contributes the rest of the cost.
Registration forms can be picked up at the church office. A registration fee of $100 is due by March 1. The balance of $140 is due by June 1. Further financial assistance is available for families as needed. Contact Pastor Jon about the costs of camp. Youth and their families can raise funds to cover camp costs at various church events during the year, for example, by serving at Lenten Soup Suppers. Contact Julie Potts at 751-5007 about opportunities to earn money for camp!
YOUTH MISSION TRIP TO SOUTH DAKOTA JULY 25-31
Our Youth and parents are planning a mission trip to South Dakota for this coming summer. Tenatively, we will leave on July 25 and return July 31. Contact Pastor Jon for details
EARN MONEY FOR UPCOMING ACTIVITIES
Parents and Youth - Start earning money to help pay for upcoming youth events. Sixth graders, for example, might want to start raising money for Confirmation Camp next summer. Or anyone in the 8th-11th grades can save for the National Youth Gathering! Or you might want to go to Church Camp or one of the Synod Youth Gatherings??? You can help pay your way by participating in various fundraisers during the year.
Come and join with your friends and have fun, while serving your church and at the same time building your funds for upcoming events.

YOUTH BOARD OPPORTUNITIES
We have openings on our Youth Board! If you like to help plan and coordinate activities for our youth groups, we want you go join the board. We meet once a month and have a great time!
