"Bringing Christ to All People Today and Everyday."

Gloria Dei's vision statement is lived out through the six key vision elements described below:

1. Mission-Minded Outreach—Connections with missionaries overseas, an inner city congregation in Milwaukee, a local soup kitchen, Lutheran World Relief, etc.

2. Youth-Oriented—Commitment to and broad support for a long-term youth education and ministry program.

3. Volunteerism—Strong, volunteer spirit and can-do attitude. Involvement from all ages in all elements of church life (worship, education, property care, visitation, etc.)

4. All-Encompassing Music Program—Three different choirs and variety in worship styles.

5. Positive and Continuous Stewardship—Solid stewardship training and education, without guilt or gimmicks, that allows Gloria Dei to focus on both needs and ministry within the congregation and outside the congregation.

6. Facility to Support Mission and Vision—A new sanctuary that was designed with the priority of helping Gloria Dei achieve its mission and vision.
